How to find us
The former fishing town of Deal is situated on the South East coast of Kent; 21 miles from France and with easy access from the M20 and M2 or by train from London.
Nearby towns include Sandwich with its cobbled streets, rope walk and fantastic eateries; Canterbury with the Cathedral, river Stour and fabulous shopping; Margate with the Turner Gallery, bowling and seafront arcades, and Broadstairs with its lovely sandy beaches.
Directions
By car
Deal is about 20 minutes drive from the M20 or 30 minutes from the M2 along the Deal Dover Road on the A258. A car is not essential to enjoy your holiday but will allow you to enjoy days out further afield at the many attractions.
By train
Deal station is on the London Charing Cross line and is approximately an hour and a half by train or there are limited high speed services from London St Pancras
By plane
Gatwick airport is the nearest airport if travelling from abroad
By ferry
Dover ferry port is ten miles from Deal and has crossings to France in 90 minutes or to Belgium

from Folkestone to Calais by train in 35 minutes
